Sophie Morgan, who is paralyzed and has no sensation form the waist down did something daring, she wrote about her sex life in the UK’s daily mail shedding some light on what people often don’t think about. The sex lives of the disabled. While I’m not going to spend a lot of time writing about this I think there is a huge couple of things she says. She talks about how she watched the movie The Sessions about a man with Polio who saw a ‘sex surrogate’ to help him loose his virginity and how depressing it was because it made her feel like she lost any chance of having a sex life.
The Daily UK article is definiley an eye opener on physical disability and sexuality, and has inspired me to start working on a blog post of my own on Autism and Sexuality.
